On Sunday I placed an order for a new Mojave. Now I'm seeing reports in the threads that they are extremely hard to find! My dealer did not think he would have a problem.

Say it isn't so!!!!!

 

I'm not scared anymore! My dealer just called and he has my bike!!! He bought the only two in Michigan; one crated, one built. I took the crate.

WHOO HOOO, I know what I'm going to be doing this weekend!!!!!!!!!!

 

Same here. My dealer had to go out of state to get mine in the crate. Just take it easy on the engine for the first 10 hrs and break it in right!

Mojave's are hard to find because they only make so many of them each year and because of the Mojave being an "older" bike they dont think they will sell them...they have been around since '87 but i have 2 of them so i guess they are selling pretty good!

 

Kawasaki dosen't promote them either. Everywhere you look Yamaha has ads running for their bikes. Where is Team Green? They make a great looking bike that holds it own in the sport class, and no advertising dollars are spent to sell them. It's a great bike that sells for 1000 bucks less than the Warrior! I had an '87 when they first came out. I still have an issue of 3 Wheeling Magazine with Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke) promoting it. I liked it then, and I like it now! (the bike too!)

 

the only advertisements i've seen for Kawasaki are their utility quads... and one for Team Green racing with the 3 quads... the 411 mojave, the 250 2 stroke and then the Prairie i think it is. they definately wouldnt hurt themselves any with a littl more advertising and a new version of the Mojave... look for the new one for 2002
