I have a 650 with 26" bearclaws. Am getting ready to do some muddrunning and need some advise. I know a lower tire pressure gets you some traction, but a higher pressure would help with clearance (maybe only a little but I would like all that I can get). Could you fella's give me some advise as to high or low pressure and why.

Would appreciate it alot!

I would just run about 4 psi all the way around in most conditions. In the sand, I drop down to 2 lbs. If I am cruising around the neighbor hood on asphalt, I pump up the fronts to 8-10 lbs so it is easy to steer.

I run 4lbs all around..takes a little more to steer but makes the ride soooo much smoother.
