I currently have nerfs on my mojave but I have a nice pair of folding foot pegs that are off my 87 mojave and if I do drop the nerfs off its easyer to control example: turing sharp and goes on two wheels I can put a foot down and save it

 

I personally don't care for nerfs. If I were racing it maybe a different story. However, my buddy has them on his 400ex. I get caught up on them and, like you said, I can't put my foot down if I have to. Also, to be honest I would kinda reserved to use folding foot pegs on a quad, too. Hmmmmm....not sure about that one. This one's up to you.
