Default Much Thanks To Master Nyroc

Nyroc, just wanted to thank you for the info on your site. I made your spring compressor tool and put in a Penland Black Spring this morning in less than 40 minutes. It was a breeze, thanks again.

Did anyone see the P650 dune machine in Nov ATV Action ? There is a picture of a guy holding the original CDI in his hand. They were talking about how much power the bike had with it. I cant wait until bearman gives us the ok to buy it.

Nyroc, got a question for you. In the article the R&D team on the above mentioned bike pulled the stock snorkel off and left it off. They also turned the air box cover into swiss cheese. Their caption said more air equals more power. My question is I have the Diamond G Snorkel on now, what , if any difference would I notice if I swiss cheesed my lid also but left the snorkel on.

I don't really know the exact answer to that.

Try not using the lid at all. Leave the filter on, and don't do it a long time or go on a really dirty ride.

See if it makes a diff before you poke holes. Some people that were near lean lost power after drilling holes. You should at least not loose power. Check for lean, and rejet if needed.
