If ur a mojave owner could ya tell me bout it.... wut does it top out at......... could it beat a 300ex(prolly not but just wonderin)....... ??? nething else ya think i should know tell me...... i also heard they have bad handling thanx

 

I bought my first quad a month ago. It is a 96 Mojave. It does everything I want it to and more. I have heard top speed is 52mph. IMO the Mojave does as good or better than the Banshee and Warrior (not enough ground clearance) I ride with. Both the other riders have more trail time than I do. I geared mine down as I dont care about top speed all that much. I ride trails and mud holes with it.

To me the only draw back on it is the kick start. Mine starts on the first or second kick so its not that bad. I found a kit to add an elect. starter to it for $300 but I cant justify spending the money on it yet. I just let it idle instead of turing it off.

I have a 93 mojave! and there isent a 300ex around that will touch it!i have raced blasters , warriors, and 300ex's the only one close was the warrior!Mine handles great! after i did some mods! liek flip the front wheels! and get razers!

 

Mojavekid by "fliping the front wheels" do you mean turn them inside out so the valve stems are on the inside making the front have a wider stance?

 

Yes! u have to do a MOD!! u have to take out teh valve stem! teh fill the hole! the drill anouther one on the outher side!

 

I didnt think about it hitting the caliper. what did you fill it with? Jb weld or weld it.

I used a bolt teh same size grounded it on the uther side! and used silacone

 

That sounds like something I would do to save money.
