I just got home with my new 03 Red 650 and I'll tell ya one thing..it sure is pretty!.

But heres the question...

WTF is wrong with my brakes?
The front brakes are fair but the back one sucks!
I can pull the hand lever all the way to the handle bars and all i get is a slight drag,almost no braking at all. The foot brake is better but I can just barely get the rear tires to lock up ON WET GRASS...with me leaning forward. Ive heard time and again how good the prairie brakes are so I know this isnt right.
What am i doing wrong? Do I need to adjust them? Do they need time to "seat"?

Nevermind guys. I adjusted them and they feel fine now.
