Hey KFX 400 owners... are you guys happy with yours? What mods have you done? Easy to find them (mods)? Good performance and reliability? Beefy engine? Top-Speed?

 

The bikes are a good 400 size quad.....if you dont want the fastest nor the slowest and at the same time have rev. and electric starting ,.,this is 4 U! Great bike

 

Sweet, how does it compare to the Z400? Are they virtually equal?

 

Not virtually..... but exactly.

These 400's are awesome. I've added about a thousand in mods-cams, piston, full Yoshi, FCR40mm carb, and a little port & polish. This quad will shock you as it did me. The green machine will put several lengths on piped and jetted Raptors, 8-9 lengths on stockers. This quad just about keeps up with my CRF450 quad in a straight line.

 

<u>Where</u> did you find all your mods at? Most places I look only have grafix kits and stuff for them. Never seen engine mods for them.

 

GT Thunder for the cams and piston. Honda for the FCR40mm carb. Just call around some of the engine builders, they have 440 and 450 kits also.
