Hey Bearman I know you have your plate full with the cdi but I was just thinking that maybe when that project is finished run this idea through your head. A radiator filter similar to the Polaris SP 700. You can remove it on the trail whack it a couple of times and it is clean again, no overheating and all the mud you can stand.
