Has any one had any probs with the CV shafts?

It doesn't happen very often, to very few people. Go to www.gorilla-axle.com to get front axle stuff, since their stuff will last a lot longer.

If you got a good dealer they'll get you warranty on you shaft. They have a few days of grace from kawasaki on things like that. Theymight have to make a phone call to get it authorized but it should be no problem. Out of 50 or so 650s we sold we had one break. If yu got oversized tires remove them before you take it in some dealers are strange when it comes to driveline warranty and big tires. Oh yea and don't tell them this came from another dealer, this is not an advertised fact.

What about the whole radiator deal?....I have heard so many people say that their radiators are leaking b/c of the bad weld?...Well today I found that leak on mine. Same place as SO many others 650's Anything in the making about this Manufacturing Defect?

Might be just us but we havn't had one leeking rad on any Kawasaki atv. Is your quad off warranty? If it is and your dealer won't help you out it shouldn't be expensive to get it soldered at a rad shop. Not much of a help I know but we just don't have any problems with that here.

The rad problem has hit relatively few people, a smaller percentage of people get it. I caught my bad fan bracket and welded it before anything bad happened.
Just FYI, the radiator is not the prob, it is the fan bracket. A spot weld holding one of the support arms of fan bracket on is very weak. When it comes loose, the arm vibrates, and fatigues the bottom middle of the radiator.
Anyone who is concernend should grab the lower fan mount arm and wiggle it to see if it is loose.
