jetting kfx 400

Default jetting kfx 400

has anyone jetted there kfx or z 400 .and if so what size.thanks for any help

who cares about jetting there kfxs or z they will be slow no matter what you need to get a polaris if you want somin fast

jay u dont have to alway dream.every time we race cross country i win for some reason. maybe the little polaris just cant hang with the green machine.keep on dreamin away.remember we have it on video tape.lol curly

Default jetting kfx 400

I'm doing a Z rite now but just don't have hard numbers for you yet.

We removed the baffle from the exhaust and the air box lid. I use jet drills for the mains and when I'm done I size it up and buy the correct jet (saves on buying 20 jets) #144 is what I would start with and don't be surprised if you get up to a #150 in there. I have seen post of poeple doing the same thing and using a #165, but I don't know about that. When I get hard numbers I'll post them for you.
