I love my Big Gun, even though it doesn't sound like a Harley! LOL Not too loud, quiet at idle. We'll see how long the packing holds out. I don't run the spark arrestor that came with it. I am assuming that is what that small screen is for, but I didn't know. Someone said that you need it to ride in state parks, but I have never had my exhaust checked before.

I also have the Pro Circuit complete system and love it. Fit is perfect, sound and performance are awesome.

PrairiePuppy - I've been trying to tell you all along that you are a menace to the environment. Now get that spark arrestor in there. Todd said he was going to report you anyway.

Italianmuski: If you plan on racing go with a "full exhaust" system. This will allow increased exhaust flow in case you do any modifications to the engine. The HMF is a slip on and the Pro Circuit is a full system. The HMF cost around $190 and the Pro Circuit $400. The HMF and Pro Circuit are both loud pipes and are not recommended for use in residential neighborhoods (LOL). The few neighbors I have that still speak to me know when I'm working on my bike on Friday night. Hope this helps.

Hey WVBartman,

I checked out your pictures. TOO COOL! Are one of those "technical divers"? I always thought that would be a lot of fun. Why DO you have all those tanks?

I also changed the snorkle and air filter at the same time, so it's hard to say what did what. I really like the sound, and the fact that it's not obnoxously loud. I mean, I know that my neighbors can hear me out riding, but so far, no one has complained. That is real important around here.

The fact that it is not as loud as the Pro Circuit leads me to believe that the PC might be a better full race pipe. I don't intend to race my quad, just want to go fast, have fun, and make a little noise at the same time!
