I jsut heard of a guy near my home who added a chip and some sort of little box to a '02 kvf 650, He ran 94 mph on the radar gun and smokes all four tires. Money isn't an issue i just need to find where i can get this mod.. Anyone familliar with this? Please reply, any info on mods would be much appreciated.

I have a 2002 kvf 650 (which i think is the same as a prairie 650) with maxxis Mudzilla's on chrome rims, a Perfex lift kit and full skid plates but it is otherwise stock.

 

No chip no box just drove off the north rim of the Grand Canyon! Really hit 102 mph before impact, but buddy couldn't see me to radar my 650P.

 

I think 94 is way more than I want to go.....I feel that I'm flying when I'm going 65. But it would be nice to know I COULD if I wanted to.

When 3Cubboy gets his CDI box out, it will give a definite power boost, but not to the "tire smoking" extreme. Mickey Dunlap has an 800 bigbore kit in his 650 with cams, dual exhaust, ported and polished, dual 165? jets and all racks removed for weight saving and his machine will smoke his Alltraks on the pavement. There's no way on earth this guy near where you live is running that kind of extreme power and speed by putting on the mods you have listed-----------no chance. Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you want that kind of speed and power, you better have a huge checkbook!!!!!!
