I just got off the phone with these folks, looks like they may have some deals worth checking out, ex: Black Spring $34 cdn, plus GST and shipping. $30 cheaper than buying from Erlandson Performance Inc. If they don't have it, they can get it, some decent prices on exhaust systems for the 650, Big Gun $549 compared to $600 here in N.S.

I order quite a bit of stuff through Royal Distributing. They have good prices and I have never had a problem with them. Their stuff is priced great compared to a lot of quad shops. I bought a pair of Dirtpaw gloves through them. Around $30. Went to the local Honda dealer and they had the same gloves there for $50. I'd order through them anyday. The only problem is that they are back east and it takes about 10 days for stuff to get here.

Crazzyjoe, why did you have to pay for returning items? I'd just mark it "return" and send it back. If they send you the wrong stuff, it's not your fault. THEY should pay the cost.

I would have to pay for the shipping up front to send it back to them and they will not credit me back for the shipping cost. So what I told the manager at royal is fine and dandy i will tell everyone the way you operate and people will think twice before ordering from you guys. There prices are good but by time you go through all the B.S to save a few bucks your better off to goto a bike shop, you may pay a few bucks more but in the long run you will save because you don't have to go through all there crap and if somthing is wronge or you change your mind you know where they are.

I've never had to send anything back to Royal, so I don't know their policy, but I have sent stuff back to other mailorder places. I just mark it return and send it back. I'd never pay the shipping on something I didn't order. Sorry to hear you got screwed by those guys.
