Picked up a well used '92 Bayou 220 yesterday. I was wondering if anyone has done anything to these in the way of performance mods. This one has eaten its share of dirt burgers, so I think I'm going to tear it down. If you have any info on the following I would greatly appreciate it.

Pick up the service manual and the clutch adjustment is in there. I had a SM here up until last weekend - grrr, you just missed it or I'd post the adjustment for you.

I have an almost new Cobra slip on exhaust for the Bayou if you are interested. It was on for about a week, but was just too loud for the way my Dad uses it. We put a stock one on. PM if you want to make an offer on it.

We have beat that poor Bayou to death, but it just won't quit.

Thanks for the replies. SgtRock, might be interested in the exhaust, but not right now...funds are low due to my 'other' toy (listed in sig). I guess I'll be sailing uncharted waters...
