Default CDI BOX FOR P650

Has anyone tried the CDI box performance module that NYROC refers to on his website? Not the Diamond G but the one sold from Canada? If so, could you tell a difference? Is it worth buying?

Thanks for the info.! So, having had it installed for a while, have you noticed any problems or setbacks? Belt or clutch problems?

I've only run it an hour or two, inclement weather. Works good so far. If you were constantly doing wide open throttle take-offs you would probably see some clutch sheave wear. If you play, you pay!

The parts guy at Freedom said you had to lean forward or it would flip over, is this true?

It's no exaggeration; from a dead stop or a very slow roll, it will flip over backwards upon mashing the throttle.

I'm sorry to keep harping on the point but is it as simple as hooking up three wires and blam, you have it? Mine is completely stock.

That's all there is to it. I hooked mine up so I could switch back and forth between the box and the speed sensor because the modulator box will cost you some top speed.
