Default Static cling decals v-force

I have a friend in the logo/sign business. I was wondering if it might be a good idea to have some static cling kawaski logos made as a "scratch preventative" for rear fenders. Do you guys think this will work? Has anyone tried it? I'm sure he can do a different scale of the side logos to fit. I did a web search and found several "companies" making these. Just curious how well they will stick.

What? All these views and no replies. I did a more extensive search and found that this may not be a great idea. A "tan line effect" probably kills it.

Way too late to 'protect' mine! I figure, it's gonna look scratched up either way so whats the point. My toyota has a little clearguard kinda stuff on it and it's yellowed a lot.

A guy I know had some black stickers made to cover his front and rear fenders to help keep the scratches down but also to tell his from the other 3 that were bought at the same time and they all ride together!
