THE V FORCE HAS A VERY DISTINCTIVE SOUND. IT ALMOST MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT IT. IT HAS THE PERFECT THROATY SOUND UNLIKE OTHER SPORT QUADS OUT THERE, AND IT IS STOCK. I WOULD NOT MIND PUTTING DUAL PIPES ON IT BUT I WOULD HATE TO CHANGE THE WAY IT SOUNDS. IT IS PERFECT FOR ME RIGHT NOW. NOT TOO LOUD BUT YOU NOW WHAT'S COMING UP THE TRAIL..... Yes that rumble is very pleasing to the ears, almost harley like. I want to get some duals on it but would hate to lose that sound though it may make it more throaty.Its the best sounding sport quad i have ever heard.

 

Guys, trust me, if you like heavy metal music, get a race dual system. I am running the HMF kit and it ROCKS. You have no idea.

 

Well with about ten hours of wide-open woods/trail riding under my belt, I couldn't be happier with mine. As cheesy as it sounds this is the bike I have been waiting for. The only thing I don't really care for is listening to the CVT whine, but I'm thinking a new exhaust will fix that problem. I lasted about an hour or so on the 1/2 throttle bit, and after that it was just too hard to contain myself. The thing rips like crazy, and it handles like nothing else I've ever owned. Man, I just can't stop grinning, I hope the rain stops so I can get back out this afternoon.

 

I love this quad and like you the sound is just about right. The sound level is perfect for me but I belive a duel exhust would not only look cool but enhance that V-twin thump! Now when and which company will deliver this for the best price.

 

Amen on the great sound.. I would love some duals too, but dont want it too loud, either. I like riding in my 5 acre yard too much, but I do have neighbors, soooo, maybe one of the companies will build a great looking and performing set with a quiet core option. Even better, one of the user tunable systems.. like the biggun... well all we have to do is save money and wait, you can be sure they ARE coming.

Ok, what is everybodys opinion on the colored cans from HMF. I almost would have to see the different colors on the bike.. black chrome, silver, GREEN... Choices, choices.... input anybody,, maybe one of you is talented enough to do a computer enhanced set of photos for us to choose from.. and how about one of the guys fortunate enough to have a set of HMF's to post a .wav file of them.. that would be cool too..

 

I'm thinking that Mandarin's V_Force looks a little badder than mine with that dual exhaust, I might have to price that out tomorrow.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
