I have the MBRP duals with stock jets and it definitely pulls harder now. I am working on a trick airbox mod and will rejet when that is done. I love the way they sound but after three hours of wide open roadblasting my ears were ringing.

Question for Vforcer. How much of a difference did it make to just have the front Elka's? Have you driven a V that had them front & back to compare?

I have a 145/148 in mine with the hmf duals, and put it on the dyno, and its showing a little lean. Dyno Jet is suppose to be sending me a jet kit for it, and ill let yall know how it does.

I very much like what the elka's did for the front of the 700. I have not ridden one with elka's on both ends. It lowered the quad about 1 1/2 inches ..... and I have more control coming out of the corners. Much
smoother going across the fields at speed.

My neighbors were giving me grief about the noise my HMF duals were making. So I bought a Db meter
this week. We were using the DNR standards of measurements. ( 20" from muffler, at 45 degrees
at about 2500 rpms on the "A" scale) With the "hunter baffles" the reading was about 102 db's.
I made a second set of baffles to shove into the end of the mufflers ..... that reduced the readings down to about 97 db's.

The police have been here three times now ..... Our township limit is 83 db's at 50 feet away. I still need
too bring the noise down about two more db's.
