I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a super blue, or a clean light bulb for the p650. I do a lot of night riding and want a little brighter and cleaner light to look at. Thanks for any help you may offer.

 

I dont now i do a lot of trail riding with a friend and we go till night it would be nice to have super blues.

 

go to napa and order a set of wagner 6260a bulbs, they are higher wattage bulb. I ran them all this weekend with out any problems.

 

robh, how much brighter do they seem to be? If I blow a bulb, I'll get some, but wanted to know if it was worth it beforehand. Thanks.

 

now this is just my opinion: I feel the light on the low beam setting is like it is on the high setting of the stock bulb. The light pattern seems to be alot wider now too....Rob

 

robh - Did you have to order them? I went to NAPA and asked for them and the guys says he has never heard of them before. I looked at some others there and bought a couple that looked close but am taking them back as they won't work. If I have to order them then that's fine with me.

 

Yes i had to order them from my local napa. If you want i could give you the # to this store and you could prob order directly from them. And i tried the h4 bulbs when i first got my quad and ifound out the it will not work....Rob

 

Yep, those are the ones I picked up. The H4's. I'll ask them when I return these bulbs.

6260a? are the 650 prairie and KFX bulbs the same?. OR what does the Prairie come with stock? I can then check my lights and see if they are the same.
