MY NEW VFORCE HAS A DMC COMPLETE DUEL EXHAUST WITH 138 FRONT AND 140 REAR NEEDLE IN 2ND FROM TOP AND AIR SCREWS 3 1/2 TURNS RUNS GREAT BUT WHEN I DID THE AIR BOX MOD IT RUNS LIKE CRAP NO BOTTOM AND NO TOP I GO BACK AND DUCK TAPE THE AIR BOX AND IT RUNS GREAT AGAIN SO ITS LEAN BUT HOWWWW MUCHHHHHHHH LEAN IS IT HELPPPPPPPPP[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

Definitely should up the jets after the air box mod. Call the pipe mfg tech line and they should be able to help. Was the air box mod recommended by DMC?

Where are you riding your 700 near Lawton? I found a great place on Hwy 281 at the Red River. Went and bought my V Force the next week and have not been back.

 

I HAVE RODE AT THE RIVER MANY TIMES I RIDE MOSTLY AT LITTLE SAHARA ALSO I CALLED DMC AND THEY SAID THEY DONT RECOMEND THE AIR BOX MOD SO THEY COULD NOT HELP THANKS I JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH TO GO UP.

 

In order to recommend jet sizes we are all going to need to know what you did to the airbox for the best jetting recommendations.

 

MTECATE i have removed the snorkle and drilled 25 3/8 holes around the lower air box and i am still running a lid any help at all would be of thanks.

 

Where did you find the exhaust?

 

I GOT IT FROM MY DEALER WHEN I GOT THE BIKE 450.00 COMPLETE

 

You need a lot more fuel .....check my signature and you will see what I am running

 

vforcer i am not running a dial a jet so what will that = in reg jets and are you running any air box mods if so what thanks.

 

With that many holes i would say around 145/148 jets. May need to go 148/150. You'll have to do it trial and error to get it perfect.
