I was riding my KFX700 out in a pasture with a couple of freinds going about 3/4 throttle when i came up on a wash out. I hit it hard and it flipped front up off the ground then when the back hit, the fron of the quad came down while the back went up. I went flying off the front over the handlebars. The next thing i remember is my head bouncing along the ground and coming to a stop. From what my freinds say i flipped on the ground a long ways and the four wheeler ran me over. Which i beleive them cause i was pulling rubber out of scrapes on my left arm. The quad didnt flip or anything. My back has been killing me so i finally went into see the doctor today and he X-Rayed it. I have major whip lash, my tail bone is curved in instead of out, my right side of the colar bone is shifted up and i tore ligiments in my lower back. Mom was really glad she didnt co-sighn on the sports bike instead.

 

Glad to hear your kinda ok. I had a bad one 1month ok and my hip is still not 100%. Good news is as soon as you heel you can go try staying on the bike![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Actually it all sounds worse than it really is . As soon as a i did it i took a 5 minute breather and went back to jumping and riding but the next day was the killer. Its like i got a nerve pinched in my back or something cause when i get in a certain position i feel a real sharp pain. Thatys ok though, there is a couple of girls over at the chiroprctors office that are hot. The worst thing about it all is that my doctor says i cant ride for at least another 2 weeks unless i pu put around and what is the fun in that right? So all i get to do is look at it and i had just got it broke in really good. Oh well its really my fault. I should have never went across that feild so fast not knowing what was out there.

 

Yeah but think of it this way. At least you get to go and see the hot women at the doctors office a few more times! Nothing wrong with that.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

TichTip 108 Keep the rubber side down

 

Yep, the ladies always are good at making you feel better. And three months is a long time to get to know somebody. Oh and techtip 101, the rubber side did stay down. The problem was that i was below the rubber. The four wheeler is just fine. Theres not a single scratch on it.

 

grin...... there is the important part !!! The quad did not get scratched !!!!!!!!!!

( My luck is always that I get beat up ..... and have to spend money to fix the bike ! )
