Default What I think of the V-Force.....................

Today makes exactly a week that I have had my V-Force. I spent the first part of the week just taking it easy trying to get it broke in and then yesterday I took it to the Blue hills for some real fun. The Blue hills area is an area that looks exactly like the painted desert. Huge multi-colored clay mounds that are smooth and hard with no rock. There are a lot of really steep hills and jumps all around. An incredible place to ride.

For all you guys out there that rag about the V-Force and its size, weight, and CVT, It's obvious that you don't own one.

I mainly ride forest roads, washes, and rocky mountainous terrain. In my opinion, this bike is the best all-around sport quad ever put on the market. There is so much power and torque on hand its mind boggling. I used to have a Banshee and I loved the acceleration and the fast speeds. It was a lot of fun but you couldn't really putt around on it if you wanted too. The power it had was pretty much all or nothing. The V-Force has seemingly endless power and torque available and its there if you need it at all speeds. And with the CVT it's always in the perfect gear. In hill country, you only have to fear loss of traction or loss of nerve. I climbed hills on my V-force that were so steep no one else had tried them. The power, low center of gravity, and excellent traction made them no problem. I was amazed over and over. I traded bikes of and on with my friend who has a raptor and I have to tell you that I sure don't miss all the clutching and shifting. The only clutching and shifting I had to do on the V-Force was clutching the bars with my hands and shifting my butt around on the seat. It's great.

I am kind of a big guy at 6'3", 200 lbs. After I sold the Banshee I looked at and sat on a lot of sport quads. Most of them made me feel like I was sitting on a tricycle or kids bike. The V-Force is perfect for tall people. And the power to weight ratio on this bike makes the 516 pound dry weight feel nonexistent. One of the other really great things about this bike is its high ground clearance. There were so many times on the Banshee where I would hit the rear skid plate on rocks. You know the feeling you get when there is a rock in the trail ahead of you and you don't have any choice but to straddle it? You kind of grimace as you go over it just waiting for it to hit the skid plate. Sometimes it would hit, sometimes it wouldn't. On the V-Force, it takes a pretty big rock to hit the rear end. I still find myself grimacing as I go over rocks, but I have been amazed at what this thing will go over.

As I stated earlier, I think this is the Best all-around sport quad made. Sure there are some quads that may have a special niche that they are better in than others but all-around I think the V-Force wins. And with only a few mods available for the V-force right now it can only get better.

Great Job Kawasaki, Thanks!!

You should have called it "Dirt Ninja" cause if you ask me, it is!!
