Fuel leak or something????

Default Fuel leak or something????
I just put together a GIO 110cc mini Hummer ATV QUAD with 4 Stroke and I put gas in it but it just ran from the gas tank, to the carb (I assume) and than through a rubber hose onto the ground! Looking for any ideas on what to do, or what causes this? I assume the rubber hose it the overflow or something for the carb!
