Is there any recomended suspension mods that can be done to my son's LT 80. He is only 6, so the motor mods can wait a year or two, however I have noticed how old and wore out the shocks are, and how narrow the stance is. Can any one give me some ideas on shocks, wheel spacers or maybe even A-arms?

 

thomcyn, we used works shocks front and rear. Spacers in front, purchased from LT80 on these forums. Reversed rims in back to widen the rear. The works shocks really made a difference. The spacers in front made a huge difference, once we got the motor done by LT80 the narrow front was in desperate need of widening.

 

Thanks for the reply. My thoughts are to have LT 80 do the motor mods when ready as he seems to be highly regarded, but untill then the handling needs some help.

How thick were the wheel spacers up front?
