i`ve put a 54mm big bore kit on my predator 90 and made an exhaust expansion of a scooter race pipe but seems to be going the same but sounds better,does anybody know if these are restricted on the cdi i have taken the fuse off the cdi to make it go to the 15 to 30 mph it does not want to seem to go any different is there any other cdi that will fit? am very puzzled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any help would be appreciated.

 

ive been told the sportsman 90 will fit but you have to disable the handlebar kill switch.the pred rev limiter is about 7800,the sportsman has no limiter.trex-tommy may can help with specifics for the changeover

my local polaris dealer told me new cdi for the predator 90 and sportsman 90 are the same
so i presume the earlier sportsman 90 is the unre'stricted as it has a diffrent part no.
