Got my 2 LT 80 motors back from Jack @ Moore Racing. With his complete set up the two quads ran PERFECT! I took the quads over to a friends house to test them against his stocker. We raced on pavement about 5 times. We beat the stocker by a block in a three block race. It was a joke. Then we went over to a dirt hill on his 15 acres. Using the same rider the stocker would make it 3/4 of the way up the hill then stick it. Then he jumped on the mod LT 80 and it flew over the top. My buddy kept telling me not to get the work done to the quads that all that motor/clutch work wasn't going to make that big of a difference for the time and money. He is singing a little different tune now. It is going to make a huge difference in the sand dunes. That is where I really wanted the power for my kids. It will make riding the dunes better for me also, the kids will make it up some of the bigger dunes and be able to follow me more places. Thanks again to Jack and the people on-line that steered me his direction. Eric.

I sent Jack the complete motor. He did the reeds, carb, compression, timing, porting, boring, piston and worked the clutches. He also welded up the cases to add strength to them. My motors were new 2003 but I wanted to strengthen them now. The complete kit is very reasonable. Give him a call. 1-814-922-7470.

I just wanted to chime in and agree with Fast Eddie. Good friends of mine have been running a Moore LT-80 motor for almost 4 years and it has always ran very strong. The kid is almost impossible to beat on it at a local level and ultra competitive on it at the National level. There is no BS here, his stuff is wicked fast, and he won't sugar coat anything. He knows all the 80's strengths and weaknesses.
