Blast 50 !!!
#1
All,
First and foremost thanks to all who post and answer posts as this is a very informative site for us new "ATV Dad's". I bought a 2003 Blast 50 for my son over the weekend for Christmas. Just also wanted to inform anyone that the Blast and Kasea are identicals, but the Blast has "foot cages" ahead of the foot peg's that the Kasea does not which I thought to be a good idea. Anyhow thanks again, and already thinking about, air filter, re-jetting, tuned pipe.............................LB

TRex,
I believe we have another engagement that evening (wife's work) so I do not think we will be able to make it. Thanks for the invite. Looking at the GMQA web site and the 0-70cc class, are all the quads (4 the first race) modified, or does anyone run stock. We will make it to a race as I would like to take my son as a spectator and expose him to the racing..........thanks..............LB

Of the 4, Two had pipes and clutch work, one had pipe, carb and clutch work, one had keen pipe which is just as bad as stock. The next race will have a DRR in it, but I don't think the pilot will be ready to run it hard. Right now, we made the 70 class as a beginner class, but I did not want to tell people that they couldn't work on their stuff. Changing things is half the fun for the dad's.
