looks like we wont make flying colors. tore the eton down today and found my main problem. now i know why it cracked te piston and i cant get my squish set right. BAD CRANK, the rod will move back and forth about 2mm so when i set the tight squish the rod moves back but when you run the engine the rod moves forward and the piston slaps on the head. billy has the crank but may not be able to ge it till after the race. gonna pull the engine out later today and split the cases to make sure there is no other damage.

Hey MXMike just got done with the work on the 50. Definitely a huge improvement and I cant wipe the smile off the little man. He was showing off in front of the house and all his buddies had to come see. He was out there showing them what we did like he was the mechanic. I was loving it.
