Scrambler 90 bogging down

Default Scrambler 90 bogging down
My son's 90 scrambler cuts out under full throttle. I have cleaned the carb and now i don't know what to do. I hate to take it in if it is something easy to fix myself. Any suggestions?

Default Scrambler 90 bogging down
My sons eton did the same thing, I drained the gas tank put on a new gas filter and added some gas line anti freeze incase there was water in the gas tank it has not done it since
