Running horrible-Sportsman 90
#1
Our sportsman 90 is running bad. it is acting like the jets are blocked up, but ithey aren't. i took the carb of and look, nuttin. this has happened 3 times already, and i can't figure out whats a matter. every time we take the carb of, it works soon as we put it back on. is it not getting air intake or compression? we checked all the gas lines. perfectly clear.

have you checked your spark plug, my daughters was running bad and finally died out on the trail and wouldnt start, spent about an hour checking different things finnaly ended up driving back to the truck and getting a new spark plug once we replaced the spark plug it ran great and havent had a problem with it since, now we keep an extra spark plug with us when we go out....... It was getting spark but it was very weak compaired to the new one..
Spark Plug Gap .24-.28in/.6-.7mm
NGK BP7HS or BPR7HS
Autolight 4123
I havent found any of the NGK's where I live, so I've been using the autolites, and they are pregapped, atleast the one's I've purchased..

Had simular problems. Once it was the jets which fooled me at first but a thin wire would not push through it.
Second time it was a loose spark plug wire where it pluged into the 90degree elbow / socket
