BOUGHT ANOTHER LEM CAYMAN
Hey I bought another 02' cayman this weekend. went to new york to get it. It has +3 a-arms douglas wheels, holeshots nerk bars, alum. cyl, r&d pipe about everything. but now I would like to find someone who makes a wider and stronger rear axle. I also found out that workjs makes shocks for these quads they cost $319 for the front and $259 for the rear. By the way what size carb is everyone running and where can I find it and maike marion says I can get a 70cc jug for this s5 motor but haen't found it yet. Gimmie some input please.

It's become almost impossible to find big-bore S5-N pistons because of it's piston-port design. 60cc pistons but to go beyond that you need to change to the S5-GS reed-valve cylinder and head. But then the downside with that is you have to make your own exhaust. Either way you will also have to change to different carburetor. Not that it needs a bigger carburetor bore size but the bigger engine will drain the float bowl faster than it can refill. It will run out of gas and stall on the longer straightaways. It's all do-able but it's a bit of work.

I should have said that I knew about needing the reed style cyl. when I posted, but even at that I don't know where to find one. As far as the pipe goes I was told that this r&d pipe would work because it has the spring hooks on it already. But I still want to find whatever it is I can get for this quad even if I need to change to the s6 ac motor before next season starts I will. But I can tell tou that I can go up to 79cc and still run the 50cc modified class next year.
REMEMBER WHAT THEY SAY YOU CAN ONLY GO AS FAST AS YOU CAN AFFORD !!!!!
