WRH can get you a lot more than 30% if you want.

If you want the fastest and most reliable I would get a hold of Hetrick Racing. His stuff will blow the doors off anything WRH has. We have had a few guys come out with all their WRH modded quads, the Hetrick quads blow them away. I have yet to see a WRH quad take a holeshot. WRH stuff is middle of the road at best. If your going to make an investment buy the best.

The 4 quads in this race are a Dinli/Maximum-RPM 70, a WRH Scrambler 70, a Hetrick Kasea 70 and a Hetrick Eton70. And that's the order that they came out of the first corner. My daughter (#42) dropped back a position, but hung with the Kasea (#259) the entire race. The kid that won that moto was running a WRH pipe that night (normally runs it, but sometimes uses a Maximum-RPM.com X-Pipe). We also had a clutching issue that night that we've since ironed out.

I checked out your big time racing series. Lets see if I can stop laughing long enough to write this email.
OK you avg 3 to 4) 0-70cc per race and 4 to 5) 90's per race in podunk who knows where, which I'm sure most use WRH since he is from there. Compared to the racing I am talking about where there are 4 classes which average 15-20 per class per race. Have a nice day.

Ahhh yes... Indiana... if I remember correctly, that's both the birthplace of civilization and the cultural center of the world. Isn't it harvest time up there, flatlander??? Better get back on your JD Combine so you can get the crops in and get the hogs fed. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! They don't call it fly over country for nothing!
BTW... Your math is off a little bit, as the 70cc class averaged over 5 racers per race our last season (not bad for a race series in it's first year). Billy is from SW Alabama, not Georgia. The race series is sponsored by Dinli, and we have a wide variety of brands, most of which is not WRH stuff, infact, my daughter is the only WRH sponsored racer in that series, IIRC.
Now, I'm not saying that Atlanta is much to look at either, but those that live in glass houses and all...
Got a schedule for those races? Website? Maybe I'll let my little girl send some of you Hoosiers home crying!

Eton2, everybody that uses WRH swears by him. I'm not knocking Hetrick. I like the guy and his reputation stands for itself. But so does Billy's. And Billy has some neat stuff on occasion that you don't see from Hetrick. The guy loves people, kids and the sport. I really hate to see your ignorant post trying to tarnish his reputation. It's unfounded and uncalled for.
Billy does not sponsor me. I don't race. I push WRH for the service and quality of parts he sells. But I tell you what, I've noticed wherever races are mentioned, his quads always seem to be in the front. In two and half years, you are the FIRST I've heard to claim otherwise. Know what that says to me? You either don't know what you're talking about or have a hidden agenda.
