I believe you could modify the foot area fairly easy by removing the straps and covering it with a solid piece. http://yamotostore.com seems to be the cheapest I have ever seen them and it was only $159 to ship which is still very cheap.

 

Just fitted a 88cc big bore kit to my 2005 70cc it runs good but im waiting for carb parts to really test it. I will also be looking for clutch upgrade because this stock one sucks!

 

I have a yamoto 70 for my son. In heavy sand it gets stuck and the rear wheels wont spin. I think it is because of the clutch. Where did you get the big bore kit & what are the spacers you are refering to? My other sons 150 has no problems. I think maybe with more power it will help with that auto clutch. Thanks for any help.

 

I instruct ATV safety classes in the Michigan area and purchased one a few weeks ago,but it STILL has not come in yet..Im going to call John at RACEWAY tommorrow and find out what the deal is?

If this one works out OK for my youth in the safety classes,I'll be ordering another one REAL fast.

 

Hey Muddy4life do you teach these classes in or around the jackson area or know anyone else that does them around jackson or within 30 miles?

 

Nobody around the Jackson area that im aware of..

Be VERY careful that the safety course you have your youth take is from a CERTIFIED Instructor..If it is a DNR instructor or Sheriff's Dept Instructor,than there may be a 90% or greater chance that they were IMPROPERLY certified?..

I have no objections of coming to Jackson to you guys IF you can find me a piece of land about 100ft wide X 200ft long to train on?..I have 1 million in liability Insurance anywhere in Michigan[never had to use it]...I will NOT make the trip to Jackson if you cannot gather up at least 16 students for a class.
