Default Aftermarket companies for Gas Gas

In the last few days I have been looking for Gasser stuff and there are alot more today than there was a year ago. From what I have found Pro Series is you best choice. Brian has spent time with LRD and is making a pipe if he gets enough orders, he has a radiator just for the Quads and many other parts. Smackover is mostly bikes but they sell quads and parts for them. Like Andrea said Gabe is racing one. I have some World Class a arms that I might sell if your looking for 46" width with stock rims. They were going on one of Mickie Dunlap machines but he sent them back to Frank for my order.

that's the name i was looking for!! pro-series, also makes a T-pin front end from what i've heard. the radiator is cool, but big $$$.

Nailed- good to see you on here again! you gotta go to some of the ATV XC events this year!!! OMRA is running a whole GP/XC quad series, and there are going to be two 4-hour team races this year outside of goldendale!!!

I spoke with Arlan from LRD at the Longview WORCS race about the gasgas mods.... he mentioned machining the stock reed cage & using a delta-v reed block. i'm interested in a pipe/silencer if LRD decides to make a production run of them.

Like the post before poseriesper4mance.com make and sells some really nice stuff. There ultra front end is quality. I guess you get what you pay for. Hey dual sporter I want to make a few races this year. I am still working on our home, but it will be done after the new year and then I can play. Its been a very good summer but I worked for it, sort of like racing nobody gives it to you. I have been thinking about different things but I want to set up the suspension first.

At one time motowest put out a survey on who wanted a reeds and a new cage. I don't think there was much responce. You could look it up at smackover archives. I think Lt racing has reeds his number is 360-871-2259. His impeller will help if you run hot and he is great for info about gas gas.

if you want to save a little money on reeds: order replacement carbon fiber reeds for a rad valve that fits a 88-92 LT250R from rocky mountain ATV.

i don't recall the cross-over on the reed cage right now, but it requires machining off the V section of the rad valve because the bend on the GG rad valve is custom for GG

according to Brian at pro series performance, he has LRD exhausts for the wild3. $399. so i think that will be my best bet for the pipe since i have had one of them before and liked it....this is what i got (this is my own personal info that i have gotten from u guys) :
www.lt-racing.com -air filter, powervalve cover, jet kit, coolant impeller, case saver
www.racingquads.com -a-arms, swing arms, long travel shocks, steering stabilizer, axel carrier, seat cover
www.gasgasatv.com -AC front bumper
www.lrdperformance.com -pipe/silencer, porting
(^ www.proseriesper4mance.com) -LRD pipe/silencer, porting, carbon fiber hood, double pass radiator, ultra track front end kit
www.motowest.com -pipe/silencer, porting, carbon fiber reeds, bearings
www.rebelriders.com -a-arms, swing arm
4-stroke tech-(814)842-6159 he has built 2 gas gas racing quads
smack over motor sports- (866) 342-742-gabe

-for cross over parts-
the wheels are honda bolt pattern, 4 on 144mm front & 4 on 110mm rear
the air filter is the same as a '97 honda CR250
the reeds are the same as replacements reeds for a rad valve for a 88-92 suzuki LT250R
the brake pads (all three pairs) are the same as a late model KTM dirtbike front pads

another mod i did was replacing the lock & cable section for the seat latch with a seat release cable from a LT250R as well. it reused the spring & i just zip-tied the end with the loop to the frame. cost was $10-15... now taking the seat off just takes reaching under & pulling on the loop.
one more-
custom seat covers from graves motorsports- www.gravesmotorsports.com

since i race mine almost exclusively, i also removed all the lights, wiring for lights, turn signals, computer, etc.... and removed the magnet section of the flywheel, reducing rotating mass & making it a little zippier. i replaced the headlight with a homemade number plate, & mounted a aftermarket # plate to the rear subframe where that steel bracket for the turn signals mounted. i hardwired the fan to run full time, as well.

here's a few race pics:
