does anybody have one of these? my cousin got one for xmas and everytime I try to put it in forward and go, it stalls out. and since I'm posting, any cheap mods to get some more power out of it? thanks.

 

It might be idled up to high, I think they have to be below a certain rpm or they will die. It's a safety feature.

 

The idle does effect the shifting. We were trying out one at the dealership and noticed the same problem. I had read about it on this forum in the past , so i reached down and idled it down and it shifted correctly after that.
