I cant get it to start, sparkplug is fine, valves are fine, dead batterey but i put a new one in and it turns over but doesnt act like it wants to start. Anything will help. i need to sell it and that is what is holdin me up.

 

You need, spark,compression,fuel. Start by checking these first.
