Predator 50 Question
#1
I got a question. I just bought my son an 05 predator 50 and my wife freaked out when i rode it around the parking lot. She said that she read in the manual that it can do severe damage to the bike and that she does not want me to ride it. My question is has anyone experienced any problems/breakage from riding their kids bikes? I am not talking about racing the thing on a MX track, just riding around for the heck of it. I weigh about 170. I know I am not the size that this quad was made for but will it really do anything wrong? Thanks for the feedback.

I have a predator 50 2005 and I ride it all the time...as a matter of fact...the dealer had me ride it and said that I wouldnt hurt it....I am 185 lbs...so I wouldnt worry about it.
On another note...does anybody know where I can get sand tires for the predator 50...I believe the size would be 16x8 - 7?????

For the first three months we had our 04 Predator 50 I would ride with my son on the bike for very close supervision, me 160 lbs, son 40 lbs. Never hurt the thing. Now, one year later, I tie a ski rope to back of it and he pulls me around the neighborhood on a skateboard. Closest thing to snowboarding in the summer.
Skat Trak Exciter, only 16 inch paddle tire I was able to find.
