Who's most reliable supplier for parts? Redcat

I have a Lacoste 110, and the glass where you check the oil is leaking. Not getting anywhere with the internet dealer. Need help! Thanks.

Do you like the Lacoste? Have you had any other problems with it besides the oil leak? Is is shaft driven? What do you like best about it?
