</FONT><FONT size=2>We have just completed our testing for the 04'-05' predator 50 exhaust system, kits should be available very soon. Results are as follows our stk machine had a top speed of 15.40 mph in a 10 sec. run with our new hsp pipe, rejetted, k&n filter w outerwear, cdi box and hsp clutch kit we went 21.60 mph in 10 sec. This is a huge differance I'm going to try and put a stalker run on here so you guys can see the runs. But there is night and day differance now. </FONT><B>

Sorry abouth that last post guys I tried to copy it. But I just re-type it, We have just finished up our testing of the 04-05 predator 50 exhaust system our stk test quad topped out at 15.40 mph in a 10sec. run, with our new hsp pipe, filter w/ outerwear, re-jetted, cdi, and hsp cluthcing we went 21.60 mph in a 10 sec. run this is a night and day differance over stk. we are trying to get these results posted on our web-site so every one can see the acctual tests pipe shoudl be available soon you cna callus or send an e-mailif you have any more ?'s.

 

Just out of curiosity, did you test it with just a CDI change to get rid of any rev limiter on it (leave everything else stock)? Any problems with these quads being air cooled only (not fan/forced air cooled like the other 50's/90's)?

No we did not we could not get our stock machine to hit the rev limiter. The kit should run about 425.00 this will include insructions, pipe / silencer, jetting , filter w'outerwear, cdi box and cluthcing.
