I bought an lt 50 a month ago (new). The guy told me it ran 20 to 22 mph! What a joke! My son is used to 25mph on his dirt bike.......anyway, decided to do some mods. Read all your posts on the forum and the lil 50 runs awsome now. Did the pipe, filter and the usuall intake restrictor w/jb weld, needle, pre-pilot jet and main jet. The dealer and mechanics could'nt tell me what to do to make it a reasonably fun bike for my son. For that, I thank you guys for the info......I was unable to post until now because I was unable to sign up. (aol) Looking forward to getting him out to Ocala!
One Q for you guys........what color should the plug be when mixure is correct? Thanks a million!!!!!

For perfect plug color, it should be "Beer bottle brown". For a visual, see bottom of page
