I am also looking for info on familygokarts.com. I was looking at the BMX Powersports Odyssey SE 403 for my 4 yr old daughter beacause of the many safety features, 45 day guarantee & of course the price is nice $625.95 shipped. But I can't seem to find anybody that has purchased from this company. I'll let you know if I find any info.

 

We bought an Odessey 403 from these folks 13 months ago.

You should know their aftermarket support is dreadful. They do not have any parts, have no product knowledge/support. They sell 30-50 of these ATVs and Karts a day, but complain that you can't talk to anybody there because they have only 1 phone line. They brag about their Better Business Bureau rating, but my guess is they must own the local branch.

We have had broken and lost parts, and poor starting of the BMX powered ATV. They have no idea who's parts are inside, and just don't know who else you can call. They do not return calls, and guess what: The local repair shops here ( in Colorado ATV country) will not even work on any China product.

This is just a slick sales organization. The $$$owner should be ashamed.

( we finally have used RacewayATV for parts that are likely to fit, they are helpful, but do not have an exact model cross list.)

I know the price appeals to you...but the few bucks you'll save will cost you in frustration. Please, I have no dog in the fight, but go to Raceway and pay the extra. I'm not owned or operated by them, but they have stood the test of time and back their products. They are not here and gone leaving you holding the bag. Reliability from a dealer or local guy is just as important as product reliablity. SEADAWG

You can't expect someone to go soley on the testimonials of their own website. Ever seen anyone post the bad reviews of their company on their own site?

It's good that you had a good experience Kilo, but unless someone asks, on an open forum, where are they supposed to find out the truth?
