performance upgrades for Dinli 90
I'm looking to start doing some upgrades to the Dinli 90 I have now and was thinking about getting the MAXIMUM RPM's stage 2 motor kit. I don't want to start stroking or boring the motor yet, just want more out of the stocker. Any tips, should I look other places for kits and parts? What has everyone else done. I'm thinking with the new exhaust (already have the KOSO pipe) and a bigger carb (think 28 mm is to big for a 90) and some clutch changes I should see a nice increase in performacne and power.
Thanks, Duane

I have not heard anything negative about Maximum RPM and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them. With that said, a 28mm carb seems like a waste of money with no porting imo. They may be anticipating future modifications. Don't know.
I just put WRH Racing's 53mm cylinder kit on mine. Was a real easy swap. Made a big difference. That along with a good pipe (keep hearing mixed opinions about the Koso), 20mm Kehien, high compression head, reeds and clutch mods....this thing flies! Billy Holt has been great to work with too.
Hetrick Racing is another good company.

MAX RPM's just recommended me to Team Sims Racing. Think I've seen them on here and read some of their responses to others on tips/parts. WRH and Hetrick seem to be all Kesao etc.. and I don't see anything on Dinli's on their sites. How much difference is there in all these 90 cc engines?

I switched from the Koso to the Hetrick with no other mods.
The Hetrick pipe is night and day stronger. The difference in low and midrange is awsome. IMHO the Hetrick pipe crushes the Koso. I understand the WRH pipe gives similar strong performance. Ditch the Koso.
