What is the process of titling and registering an ATV (I'm in Texas)? I assume I will get an MSO from the dealer when I buy the ATV and that I am supposed to register it and pay taxes on it. I am just wondering if have to do that if I never plan on using on the street. Thoughts?

You dont have to register an atv if you [plan on riding it on private property. Most kids atv's dont have to be registered. If you get a name brand atv you should get a title but an off brand you will get a certificate of origin. You should not have to pay any taxes unless bought in your state and you register it.
