Thanks for the info.

That's the nice thing about a 4-stroke and a real 4-speed transmission. Plenty of power to pull an adult up hills, much less a kid. Out TRX90 can go on any trail that our 4x4's can travel on. The weak link on the Honda 90 as a trail bike is getting high centered due to the low ground clearence.

Thats what I was hoping to hear. I know the ground clearance is always going to be a problem on these little machines, but the low end torq is what I am most worried about. My son is getting pretty good at picking his lines and straddeling the ruts, but I dont like when he has to go blasting at a hill at top speed just so he can have a chance of making it to the top. We've got his modded 50 going much better on the top end, but the bottom is still not where i'd like it to be.
There may be a new TRX 90 in the stable soon!
Thanks for the input.

Sir,
I'm 6'2", 238lbs and that TRX climded hills with me on it that were decent in size...and had plenty left. It can climb and I'm sure if you need more power, they have sh___loads of aftermarket toys that will help. SEADAWG

My son rides me behind him around my place and although there are no large hills, it pulls both of us up the inclines here with no problem. First gear is pretty low and the 40 mph top speed I got was on a longggggg flat stretch. Took a while to get there. Ideally just expect betwwen 35 and 40 which is plenty fast on that thing.
My son follows me around when we do go out and he pulls all the hills we go up in 2nd or 3rd and that's with the throttle screw run in about half way. If I screw it out all the way, he tends to get a little spirited around the house on it.
Both of us together weigh 240 and like I said...it pulls us just fine.
