LT 50 won't start need help!!!!
1984 LT 50... It was running excellent the last time my girls road it and it started to bog out and then quit running. Since then I have installed a new carb, plug, checked compression, getting fire and still wont start. Any ideas on what I have left out????? I have run the adjustment screw on the carb in and then back out 1 1/4 turn and then tried increasing up to 2 turns and still nothing. I have tried to start it with it in the prime position and with it on pos. no luck. When I pull the plug it seems not to be wet with fuel.... I open the drain on the bottom of the carb and fuel runs out. I need some help with this one. My arm is about to fall of from pulling the rope.
Thanks in advance

Are you getting spark? Thats the most important thing to start on. Try a new spark plug if no spark.
Then check compression, and if that looks good, the carb could be plugged. Look very closely at the pilot jet. The center hole is incredibly small, and plugs very easily. If you can't see light coming thru the pilot jet, then replace it.
If those dont help, then i think the flywheel will need to come off, and check the key, if its dented, or sheared, the timing is off, and that can do the no start.
