I have been reading much about some simple mod I can make to my LT80. Does anyone know how to remove the clutch rollers? Any pics or diagrams?

thanks

Loosen the foot pegs, remove all the bolts holding the case on. You might need to apply a little pressure once you do remove all the screws from the cover. See the diagram in the links below for the internals of the tranny. I have this procedure down to a science. I can take the clutch apart / service and assemble in 15-20 min. If you’re going to be doing this a lot, I would cut the foot pegs in half and make a connector or talk to LT80 aka Jack Moore about his foot pegs inserts. I also, bought stainless hex bolts for the case, this way I can use my drill and remove the screws in a matter of 1 min. Let me know if you have more questions.
