Well, i put the Big Gun Mini pipe on my daughter's 06 TRX90 and I really do not see any improvement. To me it feels like it may have lost some midle to top end. I had already changed the rear sprocket from a 50 to a 48 tooth a while back to give a little more top end and now it feels like I have lost it. Then again I am a 245lb man on that small quad but it used to fly with me on it. Anybody ever deal with the Big Gun Tech support? I have emailed twice with questions and both have been ignored. Oh well, it might have not been the best purchase, I guess. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks

 

Did you change the jetting at all with the new pipe? On smaller 4 stroke motors, just a pipe alone isn't going to make a huge difference usually, but if you lost power that isn't right either.

 

I did up the main jet from an 82 to a 85 but I left the pilot jet alone. On the Big Gun website they tell you that you need to make jet changes. I tried to contact them about that but I have not received a reply yet. Thanks

 

Can you keep us posted on how this pipe works, I was getting ready to order one for my son's 06 trx90. Is this pipe loud? My son wants to make more noise than me!

 

I will keep you posted to the best of my ability. The pipe is somewhat louder than stock, you can definitely tell that it is not stock. It is not as loud as the yosh on my boy's klx110 or not as loud as the FMF on his CRF50 but you can tell that it is there. I just wish Big Gun would contact me back with the 2 emails I sent them.

 

Are you going through Big Gun's web site or a private dealer?

 

I am going thru their website. I think i may try and call them if I do not receive anything by Monday (my day off).
