just wondering if anybody has pic of a trinity pipe installed on a e-ton 90? I just got mine on friday and I cant seem to figure out how it bolts on. It dosent look like the right pipe to me, the bends arent even close and even if they were the bracket on the silencer misses the bolt on the frame. hope somebody has some pictures and can show me if I am just being a complete idiot, or my son will be so dissapointed!!!! Thanks

the trinity and hetrick pipes are the same pipe. first thing is it will not fit with the stock floor boards on the quad. the head pipe will hit on the front crossbar of the floor boards. the rear mount doesnt fit all quads, pipe is probably for a kasea but you can make it work if you make you a small bracket to make the back mount work. i have done it many times. a 2 inch piece of metal with holes drilled in it to extend the pipe mount to fit the tab on the frame.

yes the pipe will go in the frame. the head pipe should come down and curl under the fan shroud but the head pipe will hit on the rail that goes across the top of the frame rails for the floor boards. only fix is to notch this tube or put on weld on ac nerfs.

The frame will be in the way on the Etons. You'll have to either cut out the frame crossmember or call them and get a different pipe. I've seen this prob with the pipes on an eton 90. Cutting the crossbar is fine unless you're gonna jump alot but then if you are you'll nee to brace/gussett the frame anyway. i'd call them and have them send you the right pipe the bend is too sharp right out of the motor for a good fit on an eton 90. They should have a different headpipe for the eton.

our eton has a wrh pipe. it is similar to the trinity. our quad has the ac nerfs on it. trinity does not have a pipe that will fit the eton without cutting the cross brace. wrh does make a pipe just for the viper where you can keep the floor boards and not cut out the cross brace.

i dont know if trinity told you this or sold you one but with these type of pipes you must use a clutch and variater kit too. the power band will be much higher in the rpm range with a pipe so the clutch and variater must be tuned to account for this. most of the pipe companies will sell their pipe in a kit with the proper clutch and variater parts to make it run right on your quad. also you will have to go a little bigger on the main jet for a pipe too.
