I was told the polaris atv are a product of china. after some intence searching on the web, I found it to be true. I also discovered a polaris quad that is the exact mirror image of my roketa atv-61 300cc sport quad. the site i found it is http://www.diytrade.com/directory/gl...laris_ATV.html
the only differance is mine is all black but it does come in the same orange. can any one tell me if roketa and polaris are some how in kahoots with each other?

 

I would be willing to bet anything that polaris is no way tied to china.Dont believe everything you here.I will do some research also.

 

Polaris is not made in China. The small Predators are made in Taiwan. Chinese companies "copy name brands". So your Roketa is "copied" from Polaris not the other way around.

 

Polaris uses motors from Fuji. Look a little closer at your copy and I'll bet you see otherwise stamped on the engine case.

If you look it says Polaris size,not polaris.I cant believe they can get away with using the name.

In 1987 Taiwan lifted martial law and became a democracy. China is still under communist control. Therefore it is not a Chinese bike.

Small Preddy's are made in Tawain. Congrats on having a 300cc machine that can outrun a 50 and 90cc machine.

 

Everyone here is right except you. Polaris DOES NOT make a 300cc pred. China and Taiwan are not the same. Polaris quads are made in Taiwan. China quads are no where close to the quality of Taiwan quads. Chinese can copy anything they want and they do it very well however the difference in the material they use is not very good. It does however look like a great little quad but Roketa is in NO WAY affiliated with Polaris. If you have research do back up your story then post it but I have been around a LONG time and have a ton of chinese quads along with polaris quads. There is no comparison.
