have you tryed adjusting the air/fuel mixture screw and idle screw?

I would also let it run and warm up for about 10 min or so, before I go adjusting

Default Help!!!!!!!!!
I tried adjusting the jet on the old carb and the new one and got the same results no matter what I do it falls on it's face.

Check the intake from the carb to the engine. Make sure it does not have any cracks or hair lines cracks. I had the same prob replaced intake and all fine now.
